Switch Business
Move between the businesses you own or manage, each with its own data, agents, and billing, without logging out.
Overview
Switch Business lets a single Opsfly login move between the different businesses you own or manage. You switch using the business control in the top bar (and on the sidebar), shown as the current business name, e.g. 'GorurGash'.
Why it exists: many owners and agencies run more than one store. Rather than a separate login per business, Opsfly keeps each business fully isolated and lets you hop between them in one click — no logging out, no re-authenticating.
What it can do
The business-name control (e.g. 'GorurGash') opens a list of every business your account can access; pick one to switch.
Each business has its own connectors, agents, autotasks, conversations, notifications, logs, usage, and billing — nothing is shared between them.
Switching changes the whole of Console — Copilot, dashboards, notifications, and billing all then refer to the business you selected.
The active business name is shown in the top bar so you always know which business you're acting in.
How it works
Your login is a member of one or more businesses. Selecting a business sets it as the active business and scopes all of Console to it — every page, number, and AI action you see belongs to that business until you switch again. Your profile (who you are) stays the same across the switch; only the business context changes. Because businesses are isolated, an action in one business never affects another, which keeps each store's data and billing cleanly separated.
Navigation
- Business switcherTop bar (and sidebar) — the current business name, e.g. 'GorurGash'. Click it to see and choose other businesses.
- Active businessShown wherever the business name appears, confirming the current context.
💡 Tip: Always check the business name in the top bar before you act — approving a notification, changing billing, or messaging customers happens in whichever business is currently active. It's the easiest thing to get wrong when you manage several.
Step by step
Prerequisites
- A signed-in Opsfly account with access to more than one business
Configuration
Click the business name in the top bar to open the list of your businesses, then choose the one you want. Console immediately re-scopes to it — Copilot, dashboards, notifications, usage, and billing now reflect that business. To get access to an additional business, you must be invited to it (or create it). Your profile settings carry across all of them.
Next steps
Your personal account is shared across businesses — see Profile. Each business has its own plan and charges — see Billing. The active business scopes everything, including Copilot.
