Monitor AI token consumption across all configured models, over any date range, and export the data.

Overview

The Usage page shows how many AI tokens your business is consuming across all configured models. Because Opsfly's agents and autotasks are powered by AI, tokens are what you're billed on — Usage is where you see that consumption, track it over time, and export it.

Why it exists: AI usage is your main variable cost. This page turns it into a clear picture — how much you've used in a given period and how it trends day to day — so there are no billing surprises and you can spot a runaway agent early.

What it can do

Token consumption chart

A bar chart of tokens used per day across the selected range, so you can see spikes and quiet days at a glance.

Across all models

Consumption is totalled across every AI model your business has configured, not just one.

Date-range filter

Pick the window you care about (e.g. Jan 23 – Jan 29, 2026); the chart and totals update to match.

Export

An Export button downloads the usage data for the selected range for your own records or billing reconciliation.

How it works

Every time an agent or autotask calls an AI model, the tokens that request consumed are metered and attributed to your business. Usage aggregates those records into the per-day bars you see, summed across all configured models, for whatever date range you select. Because it's the same metered data your bill is based on, the numbers here line up with what you're charged — and Copilot can read them too (the 'user usage info' tool) when you ask about your usage in chat.

💡 Tip: Scan for unexpected spikes. A single day towering over the rest usually means an agent looped or an autotask ran more than intended — catch it here before it shows up on your bill.

Step by step

Prerequisites

An active Opsfly Console business
At least one configured AI model and some agent/autotask activity to meter

Configuration

No setup required. Open Usage from the left sidebar, set the date range at the top-right, and read the chart — each bar is a day's token consumption across all models. Use Export to download the data for that range. To check usage without leaving a chat, ask Copilot (e.g. 'what's my token usage this week?').
